How can I move mail out of the Ready to Ship section?
You can now remove items out of your Shipping Cart.
To do this, go to review the contents of your Shipping Cart. Once you're in this page, you can select the item you wish to remove by clicking on the "x" icon to the right of the item number or by clicking on the option to "Empty Cart".
This will transfer the mail to the appropriate box - Inbox, if the item has not been processed; Scanned Mail if the item has already been scanned.
