Can I FedEx or UPS my shipment? Or use a method that's not listed in my account?
We will process your request and send you a confirmation for the upgrade or downgrade separately from our automated shipment confirmation email response. Any difference in shipping fee will be deducted from or credited to your account balance.
If you want a quote prior to shipping the package, please specify this in the special handling instructions so that we can provide one before hand. This may delay your order depending on when we receive the request.
One way to help reduce the shipping delay caused by a quote is to pre-authorize an amount when requesting for special handling. For example, you can say "Please upgrade to UPS Next Day. If the fee is over $100, please obtain approval from me first."
