Can I update or remove recipients?

We allow recipient removal, but it must be approved by our staff. We may restrict this if we detect frequent changes to the list or abuse. Every calendar year, we allow up to 20 recipient name removals for free.  Any more than this, there will be a recipient name removal fee of $5/name removed.  

To update recipients, first add the new recipient(s) by going to Mailbox Settings > Recipients.

Then, to remove recipients, send an email to customer support and indicate the recipient name(s) you wish to remove.
