How to add credits

When your account balance falls below $0, you will not be able to submit shipping requests through the user interface.

Our system will bill the card on file when your account balance falls below zero. This automatic recharge happens once daily around midnight Pacific Time. If we're not able to make a charge, our system will try a couple more times and stop. You would need to manually add credits at this time.

To add credits, log in and go to Mailbox Settings > Payment & Balance. Click on the option to add credits. A box will appear, and you can choose an increment to add.

  • If you do not see the increment of your choice, use the available increments as many times as needed to add up to your chosen amount.
    • For example, if you wish to add $50 in credits, you can add $25 credits two times.
  • The least amount of credits that can be added is $10.

For security, you will need to enter the 3-digit security code of the card you have on file for the payment to go through.
