How to add credits

When your account balance falls below $0, you will not be able to submit scanning or shipping requests through the user interface.

Our system will usually auto-bill your credit card on file when your account balance falls below zero; however, this system will only make 3 attempts to do so. 

If your debit card runs out of funds, and our system had already made 3 attempts, you would have receive a notice stating that we've made our final attempt with billing your card on file.  At this point you'll have to manually log in and add credits onto your account. 

To do this, you will need to log in and go to My Account > Summary and click on the option to add credits. As you do this, a box will appear, and you can choose an increment to add a one time credit manually.  For security purpose, you will need to enter the 3-digit security code of the card you have on file for the payment to go through.
