How to Submit a Scanning Request

You will receive an email notification whenever new mail arrives to your mailbox. To view the contents of your mail, submit a scanning request. Only then will we open your mail and scan it, with the exception of mail that uses our Smart Address Tag "N". (Learn more about Smart Address Tags).

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Log in to your mailbox account and click on "Mail" to view items in your Inbox.

2. Then, hover over the item you'd like to scan and click on the "Scan" button. If you wish to scan multiple items, mark the check box at the top of each item.

Alternatively, you can click on the "Select all" checkbox to mark all items in your Inbox to scan. The "Select all" button will populate after marking at least 1 item.

Note: If there are items pending to be shipped, or have already been scanned, you will not be able to select "ALL" and click on the Scan button. This is because items that are pending to be shipped or already scanned cannot be requested to be scanned. Instead, what you can do is to click on "Unopened" filter at the top first and then select all the mail.

How to View the Contents of Your Mail

You will receive an email notification once your scan has been completed. Follow the steps below to view your mail:

  1. Log into your account and click on "Mail," then "Scanned" at the top of the page.

  1. Click on the item you wish to view.
  2. To download a PDF of the scan, you can:
    • Click on the download button at the top of the page when you click to view your mail.

    • Click on the 3 dots at the top of your item in your "Mail" > "Scanned" folder, and then select "Download PDF."

    • Select one or more items by marking off the check box above your item(s) in the "Mail" > "Scanned" folder. Then, click on the download button at the top of the page.

How to Delete Unwanted Mail

To delete mail, hover over the mail and click on the 3 dots at the top of your item. Your options for deleting the mail will display (Archive or Trash).

Archiving an item will shred the physical mail, but keep the digital copy in your online mailbox. The digital copy will move to your "Archive" folder.

Trashing an item will shred the physical mail AND delete the digital copy from your online mailbox. Trashed items will be stored in the "Trash" folder until they are deleted automatically after 30 days or when you empty the trash in the Trash folder.

Another way to delete your mail is to mark off your items using the check boxes above your mail. Then, click on either the "Archive" or "Trash" button.
