How does automatic recharge work?

For your convenience, we have an automatic recharge feature that recharges your account whenever your balance falls below $0. The amount we charge is in $5 increments.

If your credit balance is negative by an amount that exceeds the set recharge amount, we will bill you in multiples of $5 until your account reaches a positive balance. See the examples below for clarification:

• If your credit balance is -$1, then we will perform an auto-recharge of $5, leaving you with $4 credit in your account.
• If your credit balance is -$16, then we will perform an auto-recharge of $20 (4 × $5), so you'll have $4 credit left in your account.

Any credits left over in your account can be used towards your next plan subscription renewal, extra services, or shipments fees.
