Can I get a refund for a shipment that did not arrive?

Unfortunately, there are no refunds for shipments that do not arrive. We provide the service to forward your mail according to the shipping option you choose. We incur the shipping cost, which we pay on your behalf, and we add on our service fees to process your shipping request. It is the same as if you were to pay for shipping at the post office and the post office failed to deliver the mail.
Additionally, USPS does not normally guarantee delivery for international shipments. They only provide an average timeframe for delivery.
If your package is damaged or lost, and your package is shipped via USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail, FedEx, or UPS, then you may be able to submit a claim. Contact customer support for more details.

If you are looking for guaranteed delivery, we recommend UPS and FedEx methods. You must specifically request these options.   Here’s how.
