Are there limits to the weight and size of packages that you can receive?
We accept all packages that can be mailed out without using freight. So, as long as it doesn't arrive on some type of pallet OR require a special freight service for shipping, you will see the package land in your account.*
Examples of deliveries we won't accept are:
- Couch
- Large 60" TV
- Items on pallets
A good rule of thumb is if the package can be mailed out using USPS, UPS Ground/Air, or Fedex Air, then we can receive it.

*We make every effort to refuse deliveries on pallets; however, we cannot guarantee that we will reject them all. In the event that we do accept them, our Customer Support Team will contact you to provide options and assess any associated fees.
