Why am I required to send information in addition to my Form 1583?

If you are applying to use our service from overseas and reside in a country such as Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, or Vietnam, we require that you have Form 1583 notarized at the U.S. Embassy or with  notarycam.com. Furthermore, upon initiating our service, we may require that you submit additional information and documentation if you reside in a high-risk country. This may include clients who are planning on shipping or forwarding from our address to these countries as well.
After we request this information, you have two weeks to provide documentation to us. If you are unable to submit this information, your account will be suspended immediately.

Our risk assessment team will have to clear you from our "high-risk" list and will be in touch with you once the documents have been provided for our review.
