USPS tracking shows that my mail has been delivered, why can't I see the item(s)?
We have an arrangement (caller service) with our local post office to pick up all of the mail for VPM at 9 a.m. This is so we can start inducting mail to our mailbox accounts as soon as possible. If the information tied to your tracking number indicates that your mail has been "delivered" to VPM after 9 a.m. Pacific time, and you do not see the item in your mailbox account, your mail is most likely being held at USPS for pickup on the following business day.
