How do I upgrade or downgrade a shipment?

First, create the shipment and choose any shipping method available. This enables us to capture your shipping details.

Then, send us an email indicating that you want to change your shipment to another courier or shipping method not listed online. Be sure to reference the shipment number. Find step-by-step instructions here.

We will process your request and send you a confirmation for the upgrade or downgrade. Any difference in shipping fee will be deducted from or credited to your account balance. If you want a quote prior to shipping the package, please let us know when you submit your request so that we can provide you the information.
