How can I change my pricing plan?

Plans can be upgraded or downgraded at any time. To change your pricing plan, please send an email to [email protected].

Another way to contact us is by going to Mailbox Settings > Plan & Usage and click on "Change Plan."

Once you click on the button, a pop-up window will prompt you to send us an email. Let us know which plan you wish to change to and we will help.

If the new pricing plan is a downgrade, it will become effective on the next billing cycle. So if you are halfway through your current cycle, you must wait until the following cycle to see your new plan.

If the new pricing plan is an upgrade, we can prorate the existing plan and have the new plan become effective the next day.
