Can I sign up for your service if I don't live in the United States?

Yes! We welcome clients from all around the world.

Our user interface is designed to be user-friendly and accessible no matter where you’re located.

Because we operate in compliance with United States Postal Service (USPS) regulations, international customers are required to complete USPS Form 1583 and provide two forms of identification.

No need to worry about obtaining USPS Form 1583 in advance! We’ll provide it for you once you complete the sign-up process.

Identification Requirements:

  • One form of ID must be a valid passport unless you have one of the following:
    • Canadian Nexus Card
    • Mexican Matricula Consular
  • The second ID must verify your residential address and may be from a foreign country.
    • For address verification, we can accept any of the following (as long as it matches the residential address listed on the form):
      • Current lease or rental agreement
      • Mortgage statement or deed of trust
      • Vehicle registration
      • Home or auto insurance policy
      • Voter ID

To complete the notarization requirement, you have two convenient options:

  • Option 1: U.S. Based Online Notary
    • We accept online notarizations through services like NotaryCam or Notarize.com. You can complete this from anywhere using a webcam for a brief video session.
  • Option 2: Notary Waiver (Easier Option)
    • We’re happy to waive the notary requirement if you submit a clear photo of yourself holding your photo ID. Simply send this along with your completed Form 1583 and identification documents after signing up for your mailbox account. Please make sure the ID in the photo is clearly visible and easy to read.

As long as these requirements are met, you’ll have no problem using our service.
