Discontinued TruLease Legacy Plans
Since the introduction of the TruLease, we have made changes to the plans. The following information applies to clients who subscribed to this plan before June 20, 2024. For those who signed up for TruLease on June 20, 2024 or later, the lessor's utility bill is included for free with the subscription.
Q: How long is the utility bill good for (TruLease older plans)?
The utility bill is guaranteed to be effective for 3 months from the date you are billed. Should you need a more recent bill within the 3 months, we will provide you an updated bill without charge.
Q: What if the utility bill is not accepted? Do I get a refund? (TruLease older plans)
Many factors go into determining whether your account is approved or not. From our years of experience and the quality of our address that we provide, most of the problems are not related to the address we provide.
However, we also understand that it's also a waste of money to pay for and keep a service that you cannot make use of. Therefore, we do provide a 30-day money back guarantee when you can show proof that the utility bill is not accepted.
Please note that no refunds will be issued if you are able to use it with at least one vendor.
Q: Can I get a utility bill under my business name?
For legacy TruLease plans, the utility bill under your business name is not available. However, we do offer custom utility bill option for our new TruLease plans. Custom utility bill option allow you to install your own utility service under your own company name at the office you rent. We recommend that you read our TruLease FAQ to find out more about how the custom utility bill works.
You can request to upgrade to the new TruLease plan to get the benefits of the custom utility bill.
