Can I add additional users to my account?

Multiuser support is currently unavailable through your account, but can be manually added by us.  We are working on making multi-mailbox and multiuser management available in your user account soon.

Meanwhile, to request additional user accounts to be added to your account, kindly send us an email to [email protected] with the information below. The email must be sent from the email address that is listed on file with the mailbox address:

  • Name -- First and Last
  • Email -- this will be their username

Please know that there are a few limitations with the current multi-user system:

  • Secondary users cannot update their email. Changing their email will require going through us.
  • Secondary users will have full access to the mailbox account just like the owner of the account.
  • Only the primary account email will get email notifications.  Secondary users will not be able to get email notifications.
