How do I reset my 2FA?

In the event that you lose your device that contains your authenticator app, please contact us.

Make sure that you send the email from the email on file with your account.  In the email, include the following information:

  • The city and number of your mailbox
  • Your username

We will require you to provide some verification documents. It may take time to help you gain access again, but security is of high importance.
