How To Download Invoices and Update Billing Contact Information

The invoices issued through our service are not traditional invoices. Rather, they are just payment receipts.

Our invoices are more similar to a bank statement. We provide statements when there are deposits, such as when you make payments, and draws (ie. usage, subscription, etc).

If you ever need to download an invoice for a payment made, you will want to login to your account and click on My Account (person icon) > Invoices. Then click on the invoice you would like to download. 

In the same section, you are able to update your billing contact information by clicking on Edit. Once you change the information needed, click “Update” to save the changes. 

Can I update the information on previously issued invoices?

Existing invoices cannot be altered as they have already been issued.  Only new invoices will contain the new billing contact information.
