How To Download Invoices and Update Billing Contact Information

The invoices issued through our service are not traditional invoices. Rather, they are just payment receipts.

Our invoices are more similar to a bank statement. We provide statements when there are deposits, such as when you make payments, and draws (ie. usage, subscription, etc).

To download an invoice for a payment made, login to your account and click on Mailbox Settings > Invoices. Then, click on the invoice you would like to download. 

On the same page, you can update your billing contact information by clicking on "Update Contact." After entering in the new contact information, click “Update” to save the changes. 

Can I update the information on previously issued invoices?

Existing invoices cannot be altered as they have already been issued. Once you update your billing contact information, only new invoices will contain the new information.
