2020-04-06 COVID-19 Shipping Service Disruptions and Delays

UPDATE 2020-08-03: We resume shipments to Russia. As we are able to process orders to Russia without in-person visits to the post office now.

The spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) has led to various logistics service being affected.  We list out the services that will be affected along with other news here.

VPM Service Disruptions

Due to company policy, we do not allow employees to visit the post office to perform any in-person services.  This will cause the following disruptions at the following locations:

Walnut, CA

  • Russia and Ukraine -- USPS Package shipping is currently suspended as this requires in-person visit to the post office in order to ship.
  • C.O.D. -- We will not be able to purchase C.O.D.'s on your behalf.
  • USPS Domestic Priority Express Mail -- Shipments can no longer be dropped off at the post office on the same day.  Express Mail will be picked up at our facility instead, which will result in a 1-day delay on top of any potential delays caused by the USPS.  If next-day delivery is a must, you can request to upgrade your shipment to use UPS or FedEx next day delivery.  Please make sure that the destination address is not a PO Box, which does not accept non-USPS deliveries.
