Can I ship CBD products through your service?

We know that rules around cannabis, CBD, and THC can be a bit confusing, especially since these products are now legal in so many places! However, shipping them comes with a unique set of rules.

Our primary shipping courier is the United States Postal Service (USPS) and other private couriers that we use, such as FedEx and UPS, also follow their regulations closely. Because the USPS is a federal agency, they have very strict regulations regarding the mailing of these items legally. Mailers are required to have specific federal permits and licenses in order to place these items in the mail stream.

Because we operate as a re-shipper, and not a merchant of these products, we do not have the specialized federal permits required to mail CBD or THC items. Additionally, our team is not trained or equipped to test substance concentrations or verify complex legal shipping paperwork.

Please mail these items directly to your destination rather than using our re-shipping service to avoid any shipment seizures or delays.
