Wells Fargo and mailbox number

As of October 2016 our customers have reported that Wells Fargo is having difficulty while listing your mailbox number into their address database. They only allow for you to use STE (suite) to reference your mailbox number for CMRA addresses like ours. 

Wells Fargo will not allow you to use # sign, suite, apartment, or allow you to list just the mailbox number by itself. If you are planning to receive correspondences from this institution, you must use STE in this case to list your account number.
