I have trouble adding my credit card.

Our payment system has a difficult time capturing payments for certain types of cards.  It's been our experience that there are two situations where your card's billing address will not match properly:

1. You're using a US-issued credit/debit/prepaid card with an international address. 

2. You're using a Canadian credit/debit card with a Canadian address.

Unfortunately, this is an issue with the address verification system in our payment system where it cannot properly validate Canadian / international addresses.
