I have trouble saving the shipping address.
When entering a new shipping address under your mailbox account, do not use autocomplete. We have received reports that autocomplete does not work properly with this form data and thus creates issues with saving the new address.
If you are having trouble adding an address, please enter the address manually without using autocomplete. Alternatively, you can choose to use autocomplete and then tab through each form field again afterward so that our system registers the data.
