I cannot move past the login page.
Upon logging in, if you see a spinning icon and the page is not loading, try the following:
- Log in to your account and refresh your browser a few times. If we have recently updated our internal system, and if your browser had cached the old version of our website, you may encounter items/pages not loading properly on your screen, sometime even giving you the eternal loading screen.
- If refreshing your browser does not seem to be working, please clear the cache in your browser, and attempt to log in to VPM again.
If you are in a hurry and you are still not able to login after performing the above, please temporarily open a new Private Browsing or Incognito window/tab. Or temporarily switch to a different browser for the time being.
