I cannot move past the login page.

Upon logging in, if you see a spinning icon and the page is not loading,  try the following:

  1. Log in to your account and refresh your browser a few times. If we have recently updated our internal system, and if your browser had cached the old version of our website, you may encounter items/pages not loading properly on your screen, sometime even giving you the eternal loading screen.
  2. If refreshing your browser does not seem to be working, please clear the cache in your browser, and attempt to log in to VPM again. 

If you are in a hurry and you are still not able to login after performing the above, please temporarily open a new Private Browsing or Incognito window/tab.  Or temporarily switch to a different browser for the time being.
