Can I have multiple mailboxes (or add recipients to one account)?
Yes, you can manage multiple VPM mailboxes by signing up for additional accounts. This is ideal if you want to keep separate logins for:
- Business vs. personal mail
- Multiple distinct companies
- Different family members or partners
Do I really need a separate account?
Not necessarily! If you are comfortable with all mail being managed under a single login, you can save time and money by simply adding additional recipients (business and/or personal) to your existing mailbox.
If you choose to open a new account:
Each new mailbox requires its own Form 1583. If you already have an active, fully verified mailbox with us, the notary requirement is waived. You only need to sign the new form and re-submit your IDs. Please reference your current mailbox number(s) when you send the documents so we can easily verify your signature.
