When I try to add credits manually, I get an error message in a foreign language.

If you get an error while trying to manually add credits, this is caused by the browser’s encoding, which is likely set to a different language than ours and is picking up an invalid recharge amount based on the language’s currency settings.

To work around this, you can temporarily change the encoding (try the View menu on your browser) to Unicode (UTF-8) or Western (ISO-8859-1). Refresh the page and try to recharge again.

Or, if you are not in a hurry to submit requests, you can just wait until our nightly recharge kicks in to cover the negative balance.
