Is a tracking number or delivery confirmation available for shipments?
Domestic Shipments:
USPS First-Class Mail DOES NOT offer tracking information. However, if you request for Certified Mail upgrades, tracking will be available under First Class method. Please know that USPS Certified Mail offers tracking information at an additional cost. We will deduct this cost from your account balance, should you request for this.
USPS Priority Mail for domestic shipments DOES come with tracking.
International Shipments:
- Upgrading your First Class Mail to USPS First Class Package International will cover the following countries with delivery confirmation as mentioned on USPS Tracking Eligibility as follows:

- Belarus
- Belgium
- Canada
- Croatia
- Cyprus
- Denmark
- Estonia
- France
- Georgia, Republic of
- Germany
- Gibraltar
- Hong Kong
- Iceland
- Indonesia
- Israel
- Japan

- Netherlands

- Singapore
- Thailand
- Turkey
- United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland
Tracking for international shipments is only available for packages shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. Tracking is NOT available for international letters unless a special handling request is created.
