Can we get your W-9 for tax purposes?

You do not need to obtain a W-9 from us to file your taxes. Since we are a corporation, we are exempt from having to receive a 1099 from you. If you would like more information, kindly ask your CPA to refer to the 1099 instructions.

Some vendors may require additional W-9 forms for other purposes. In such a case, please contact us to indicate the purpose for obtaining a W-9 from us.
