Can you close my account if you are my registered agent?

Before we can close your account, a new registered agent must be designated if we are your current registered agent. We recommend changing to a new agent at least 2-3 months prior to initiating the account closure because processing times can sometimes take weeks to complete.

In the event that we receive a request to close your account and discover that we are your company's agent, we will decline the cancellation request and ask that you appoint a new one because you are still using our service in this case.
