Can you return unwanted mail back to sender?
If you ever receive mail that you do not want and you want to return the mail back to sender, please contact and send us your request along with the 12-digit item number (ie. 111772xxxxxx) of the letter(s) in question.
- Items cannot be opened if you wish to have them returned to sender via the original courier. Once an mail item is opened, couriers will no longer accept it for return.
- Amazon returns require you to initiate the return process with them first. They will provide you with a return shipping label that must be affixed to the package. Once you have the return shipping label, email it to us and we will gladly place it on the package as part of the return process.
