How to retrieve and reset password

As long as your account is active, you should be able to access your account without any issue. If you are unable to log in, please click on the "Forgot password?" link on the login page. You will then see the following: 

You can choose to reset your password via one of two methods:

1. Reset password by email: 
   1. Enter your username and email address associated with the account 
      1. You'll receive an email which will contain a link that will re-direct you to our site
2. Answer a security question:
   1. Enter your username to get started then
      1. Answer your security question 

Once you complete either of the sections you'll be re-directed to our site where you can enter your new password.

If you've forgotten your username, contact support.  Please know that we may ask you to verify the email address that is on file for your account as an added security step for this process.
